Vibration-optimized test fixtures for meaningful vibration tests

Our test fixtures are specifically optimized for the test specimen and the vibration profile. For this purpose, the vibration behavior of a new test fixture is numerically simulated using FEM-based modal analysis and can then be quickly and easily optimized according to the requirements. The spectrum of our already implemented test fixtures ranges from holding the smallest electrical components to massive assemblies in railroad technology.

We are also happy to take on the production of the test fixture.

Durability testing and test rig construction from a single source

We supply our customers with complete vibration test facilities for stress screening in their series production. Our test rigs are characterized above all by their flexible integration into the production process and simple and safe operation.

Whether functional tests under climatic load or end-of-life tests, we work with you to design and build the necessary test equipment. The range of functional and durability test rigs already implemented by Vibtec covers the testing of mechatronic products.
