The right test fixture determines the quality of the vibration test. A suitable fixture is required to ensure that the test specimen is tested under realistic conditions during a vibration test. Thanks to our many years of experience in conducting vibration tests, we have the necessary expertise in designing and manufacturing of test fixtures.
Modern vehicle technologies demand measurement requirements at the highest level. Whether vibration measurements during real stress in use or vibration analyses with the 3D laser vibrometer on the shaker – with VIBTEC GmbH you have an independent and reliable service provider and partner with a high level of expertise in the field of measurement technology at your disposal.
With the help of numerical simulation, complex, physical or technical systems are represented as a simplified mathematical model in the form of differential equations. This allows real processes in complex systems to be (numerically) simulated. VIBTEC GmbH offers FEM-supported modal analysis for the vibration optimization of test fixtures.
A variety of environmental influences affect your products in daily use, e.g. cold, frost, heat, humidity, vibration or mechanical shocks. We are an accredited testing laboratory with more than 25 years of experience in environmental simulation. We can support you in qualifying your products through environmental simulation tests in accordance with common national and international norms, legal stipulations and customer standards.
We measure, test and monitor the functions and parameters of our customers’ test specimens before, during and after environmental testing. We test and monitor electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic parameters, for example. We use both customised test setups and our own testing and measuring equipment for the measurement tasks. We also design and build the necessary test devices, test set-ups or even complete test benches for you.
Would you like to know how long your products will survive under the specified requirements? We carry out the necessary durability tests. We run endurance tests in our test lab under defined environmental conditions such as vibration, temperature and/or humidity. At the same time, your test specimens can be controlled mechanically, electrically, pneumatically and hydraulically, and all relevant functions and parameters can be monitored and documented.
